Hallo, ich hab einen Code gefunden, welcher mir ermöglicht markierte Emails in einen Ordner zu kopieren. Der Ordner kann ich auswählen.

1.) Wie oder was muss ich an dem Code ändern damit ich das Verzeichnis in das diese Emails kopiert werden sollen, fest vorgegeben ist . Also z.B. srvf01DatenEinkaufAnfragen
2.) Wie kann ich es einrichten, dass wenn eine Email mit folgendem Text
" Anfrage2017" in Betreff versendet wird, diese sofort in mein Festplattenverzeichnis kopiert wird.

Also den Code vergiss einfach.

Wenn eine User Interaktion erforderlich ist, starte ich den Code normalerweise per Button, ansonsten alles eventgesteuert im Hintergrund.

Zu Klären ist:
Wie soll der Dateiname lauten.
Ist das Format msg oder ein anderes.
Was soll mit dem Mail nach dem Speichern der Kopie geschehen? Also bleibt es im Posteingang.

Also der Name soll gespeichert werden wie im Betreff angezeigt.
Format = msg
die Original Mail soll einfach in gesendete Emails bleiben.

Die Kopie auf dem Laufwerk ist nur dazu da, dass alle Einkäufer sehen können, welche Artikel bei welchem Lieferanten angefragt wurden.

Kannst Du mir bitte weiterhelfen- ich bin in Outlook keine Leuchte.

Das ist eine wichtige Grundlage, sozusagen die Basis dass der Code startet.
Dass solltest du unbedingt verstehen.
Der Code selbst besteht aus wenigen Zeilen.

Bist du sicher, dass ein Betreff nur einmalig vorkommt?
Wenn man innerhalb dieser Dateien etwas suchen will, ist es wichtig hier einen sinnvollen Namen zu verwenden. z.B. Datum_Betreff oder was auch immer. Überlegt das mal gründlich.

Hallo markusxy,

danke für Deine Tips. Da ich den ganzen Vorgang neben meiner normalen Tätigkeit machen muss ( Disponentin ) konnte ich leider nicht früher antworten.
Ich werde das Beispiel für meine Anforderungen umbauen, ich glaub das krieg ich hin.
